Position: Restaurant Manager – Jersey Mike’s (32018)
About: We are an award-winning, locally owned multiunit franchisee of Jersey Mike’s, looking to expand our management team. Our management positions play a crucial role in leading, mentoring, and nurturing their business unit to provide outstanding service and support to the team and customers daily.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 2 years of experience in a team/shift leader position (in a restaurant, retail, or convenience store); Jersey Mike’s phase 1 & 3 certification, and attendance at phase 2 within the first 12 months; knowledge of employment law and Human Resources Practices; basic math and computer knowledge; food handler’s permit; valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and sufficient liability coverage
