About: A restaurant brand in Portland, Maine, is seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of the day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality food and beverage service while motivating staff to create memorable experiences for guests. This role requires management of both Front of the House (FOH) and Back of the House (BOH) operations to maintain smooth restaurant functioning and exceptional customer service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, hospitality management, or culinary schooling preferred.
