About: Ruby Slipper & Ruby Sunshine, known for their love of brunch culture, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead their growing brunch-only concept restaurants. With a focus on creating exceptional dining experiences, the Restaurant Manager will play a crucial role in managing the staff and ensuring operational excellence at these vibrant establishments.
Requirements: 2-3 years of Restaurant Manager experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, full-service restaurant; prior FOH and BOH management experience required; strong BOH leadership experience preferred; proven passion in hospitality; excellent communication skills; team development and commitment
