Position: Restaurant Manager – Full-Time Hourly – $20/hour
About: The full-time Assistant Manager is a full-time hourly employee who oversees and supervises a theatre restaurant and its employees on behalf of Regal, maintaining consistency with the company’s mission statement and policies.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least three months supervisory experience or 6 months restaurant experience with completion of Cast Certification Program; legal age to sell and serve alcohol if applicable; possess good public speaking skills; perform calculations with speed and accuracy; identify problems, gather data, and recommend solutions; experience with PC platforms and basic office programs; interface effectively with customers and co-workers; directly supervise employees and carry out responsibilities according to company policies and laws; physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 60 lbs, and perform various physical tasks.
