Position: Restaurant Manager Fort Lauderdale
About: Flanigan’s is the largest and most popular restaurant chain in South Florida, seeking experienced restaurant managers to join and grow with the legendary Flanigan’s family. Established in 1959, Flanigan’s is renowned for excellence in Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.
Requirements: Must have current food management certification; Must possess and demonstrate an ownership mentality; Must have flexibility for scheduling as Flanigan’s operates 365 days per year; Must be willing to transfer to a different geographical location; Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; Vacations are scheduled between April and November only and must be taken or forfeited; Must be adept at ordering and formulating pars; Must have basic math skills, including the ability to count currency, make change, and use a calculator for basic operations; Must have basic computer skills; Must understand and facilitate proper health code standards; Must adhere to Flanigan’s always hiring policy and conduct interviews in a timely fashion; Must issue written evaluations for performance; Must have physical abilities including standing, moderate pace movement, manual tasks, and lifting up to 50 lbs; Must adhere to Flanigan’s policies for dress and grooming
