Position: Restaurant Manager – DoubleTree Cedar Rapids
About: DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Cedar Rapids Convention Complex is a downtown hotel connected to the Alliant Energy PowerHouse, hosting Cedar Rapids conventions and events. The hotel is located two blocks from Cedar Rapids Museum of Art and Paramount Theatre, offering 80,000 sq. ft of meeting and exhibition space with an on-site planning team. The top floor houses 350 First restaurant and lounge, serving modern American cuisine and custom cocktails.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in hotel or restaurant management; strong leadership and organizational skills; knowledge of food and beverage industry trends; outstanding customer service orientation; ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
