About: The Canopy by Hilton Sioux Falls Downtown, situated on the Sioux Falls River, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage departments. The hotel features 216 rooms and over 20,000 square feet of meeting space, along with on-site dining options including an Italian restaurant with a patio and a specialty coffee bar.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a food and beverage management role; strong knowledge of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing; aptitude for maximizing profits through outstanding customer service; familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation standards
