Position: Restaurant Manager – Buddakan NYC
About: Discover Buddakan, an upscale high-volume restaurant located in NYC’s vibrant Meatpacking district adjacent to Chelsea Market, known for its surreal Asian fusion cuisine and 16th-century Parisian ambiance. Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant; Strong leadership and strategic management skills; Ability to drive performance and success; Prior familiarity with POS, ALOHA, OpenTable, and Resy software systems is highly preferred; A passion for Asian cuisines is a plus
