Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience; detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities; self-driven and energetic with strong communication skills; proficient in technology systems like Microsoft Office; flexible to work varied shifts and travel as needed; able to handle staffing, scheduling, and cost management
