Position: RESTAURANT MANAGER – BARREL & BUSHEL
About: Barrel & Bushel is a neighborhood restaurant serving handcrafted American favorites with a twist, complemented by a barrel-forward drink selection. Located inside the Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner, connected to the Tysons Corner Center Mall, it is the perfect place for gatherings with a lively atmosphere and outdoor patio. The Restaurant Manager position involves leading operations, overseeing Assistant Restaurant Managers and the Front of House team, reporting to the Food & Beverage Director, and ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction in a clean environment.
Requirements: Full-time Management Position requiring flexibility, weekend and holiday availability, varied schedule; proficiency in general computer knowledge, including point-of-sale systems; experience in leading and developing teams in restaurant operations; strong food and beverage knowledge, including wine, spirits, and beer; ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment; detail-oriented and organized; proven leadership skills; hotel experience with a thorough understanding of restaurant service; previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Supervisor preferred.
