Position: Restaurant Manager
About: The restaurant manager is a key leadership role within our team. As the restaurant manager, you will report to the General Manager and be responsible for supervising, motivating, training, and developing the front of house team. The role requires the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences for external and internal guests, ensuring service standards are met daily. Responsibilities include floor management, opening/closing duties, menu and service knowledge, pre-shift meetings, and team member development.
Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements include at least 2 years of F&B operations management in a fine dining environment or at an F&B hotel restaurant at a 4 or 5-star/diamond level of service, a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management or related field, a strong understanding of FOH roles, excellent communication skills, ability to work long hours, financial understanding, familiarity with POS systems, strong people skills, and proficiency in common software programs. Language skills and physical ability are also necessary.
