About: Velvet Taco is a one-of-a-kind taco concept located in FULTON MARKET – CHICAGO, IL, offering a chef-driven menu in a unique and funky fast-casual setting. This temple to the liberated taco uses only the freshest ingredients to create a menu that explores multicultural boundaries, redefining the taco experience with high-quality ingredients and scratch kitchen practices.
Requirements: Must be over 21 years of age; At least 3 years of recent full-service or fast-casual restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience; Food Handlers Certification/Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification (TABC/BASSET); Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations; Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; Results driven and team oriented
