Requirements: 1-5 years of management experience; previous restaurant manager experience; general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations; ability to manage and direct others, champion change, and passionate about team training and development; proficiency in Profit and Loss statement analysis
