Requirements: 1-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant manager experience; general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation; responsible alcohol service; safety and security systems and procedures; computer operations; ability to manage and direct others, champion change, and passion for team training and development; proficiency in analyzing Profit and Loss statements
