Position: Restaurant Leader Trainee
About: 7-Eleven, Inc. is a leading convenience store chain committed to workplace diversity and providing advancement opportunities for its employees. They are currently hiring for a Restaurant Manager position.
Requirements: Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees; Desire to maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity; Ability to oversee the restaurant condition and ensure that it complies with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department Standards; Ability to oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs; Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change; Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills; Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred Word, Excel); High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience; Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
