About: Raising Cane’s is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Leader to provide strategic direction and maintain operational standards at their restaurant. The role involves driving results through people development, sales, and profit growth while upholding the company’s culture standards for crewmembers, customers, and partners.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience; detail-oriented and organized; self-driven and flexible; proficient in Microsoft Office; able to work various shifts and travel as needed; must be 18 years of age or older; possess a valid driver’s license
