Position: Restaurant Hot/Hostess
About: This restaurant located in a vibrant neighborhood is seeking a dedicated and welcoming Restaurant Host/Hostess to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests by greeting them promptly and seating them with a friendly demeanor. Additionally, they will handle reservations and address inquiries to ensure a seamless dining experience for all patrons.
Requirements: Experience & Qualifications: Previous experience preferred or a minimum of 6 months in food service/hospitality; familiarity with point of sale systems and Resy recommended; collaborative work approach in a fast-paced environment; ability to establish personal connections with guests through exceptional service; clear and professional communication skills with team members and management; flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and different shifts; physical capability for standing, bending/kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs
