Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in customer service preferred; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to supervise and train team members; knowledge of emergency safety procedures; willingness to operate various equipment; flexibility and willingness to perform various job duties; ability to work collaboratively with staff from other departments
