Position: Restaurant Host/Hostess – Regent Santa Monica Beach
About: Regent Santa Monica Beach, a luxurious IHG Hotels & Resorts property, will open its doors in Santa Monica in 2024. The resort aims to set a new standard for modern upper luxury, offering sumptuous rooms, a stunning beachfront pool deck, a destination spa, and an artisanal marketplace. The establishment will provide unforgettable epicurean experiences through a restaurant concept created with an acclaimed celebrity chef.
Requirements: Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace; Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process; Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written; Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware; Knowledge of all menu items, prices and general service procedures; Must possess basic computer skills; Must be familiar with reservation systems like RESY, Seven Rooms, and Open Table; Must be able to work effectively in limited space and maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously; Flexible schedule required, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
