About: Caesars New Orleans Casino & Hotel in the heart of the city is seeking a Restaurant Host/Hostess Lead who will provide exceptional service to customers in the casino’s restaurant. Requirements: High volume dining experience preferred; OpenTable or reservation system knowledge recommended; 1-year experience in customer service; basic math skills; excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed; maintain a professional appearance and uphold company standards
