Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; open table knowledge preferred; ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly in English with guests, management, and co-workers; customer service skills with refined phone etiquette; professional appearance and high energy; ability to handle stressful situations calmly; ability to work cohesively with co-workers; prioritize, organize, and follow up on guest requests in a fast-paced environment; ability to lift objects weighing up to 20 pounds without assistance; must be able to stand or walk for extended periods; availability to work weekends, holidays, and a variety of shifts; minimum age of 18 years old
