Position: Restaurant Greeter
About: Tuscany Cafe at HMSHost, located in Chicago O’Hare International Airport, Terminal 1, Concourse B, Gate B18, offers a vibrant and dynamic work environment for Hosts/Hostesses. The role involves greeting guests, seating them, assisting with orders, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are met.
Requirements: Customer service and cash handling experience preferred; Excellent organization skills; Ability to read and interpret restaurant’s seating chart; Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly manner; Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform job functions; Requires ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, as well as converse comfortably with customers
