About: This posting is for a role with an independent McDonald’s franchisee. Our team is hiring a Restaurant General Manager for a McDonald’s franchise owned by Boselli & Sons, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for running a profitable restaurant while ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years supervisory experience in a food service environment with Profit & Loss accountability and team member development
