Responsibilities: The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Key Responsibilities include leading a team of Department Managers, helping set goals, hiring, training, and developing team members.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years supervisory experience in a food service environment with profit & loss accountability and team member development
