About: This job posting is for a role with an independent McDonald’s franchisee. Our team is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The manager will work with the leader to set goals, lead a team of Department Managers, and ensure the right team is in place for future success.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years supervisory experience in a food service environment, including profit and loss accountability, and team member development
