About: This posting is for a role with an independent McDonald’s franchisee. Our team is hiring a Restaurant General Manager for a McDonald’s franchise in partnership with Boselli & Sons’ LLC. This role involves running a profitable restaurant while ensuring it meets McDonald’s customer service standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The Restaurant General Manager will work with leaders to set and achieve restaurant goals and oversee Department Managers, training, and development.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a food service environment with Profit & Loss accountability and team member development; 18 years of age or older
