Position: Restaurant General Manager – Ramsay’s Kitchen
About: Four Seasons is a luxury hotel located in St. Louis along the Mississippi River. The hotel offers a resort-style experience in the heart of downtown, with breathtaking views of the Gateway Arch. Ramsay’s Kitchen, a restaurant by world-renowned Chef Gordon Ramsay, is situated within the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis, providing a unique culinary experience.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in a Restaurant General Manager role at a full-service restaurant; Experience leading a team of people and developing entry-level managers; Strong interpersonal skills; The ability to communicate in a clear, concise, timely, and consistent manner; Experience working in a luxury hotel environment or another hotel in the Four Seasons portfolio; Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or other relevant field of study
