Position: Restaurant General Manager-LGA
About: The Restaurant General Manager at LGA is responsible for establishing and maintaining guest service. The position involves managing all areas of full service and/or quick service operations within the airport, including training and retaining staff, delivering outstanding hospitality, managing food and labor costs, and ensuring cleanliness. The role reports directly to the Director of Airport Operations.
Requirements: Minimum of three (3) years of restaurant/food service management experience with P&L responsibilities; Proficiency in MS Office applications and Point-of-Sale systems; BS or AS degree preferred; Experience in Full Service and/or Quick Service restaurants preferred; Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
