Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years experience managing high-volume restaurants (200 – 300 covers) in an upscale and food focused environment; passionate about food with knowledge of proteins and wine; ability to engage the local community for sourcing highest quality products; strong communication and leadership skills
