Position: Restaurant General Manager | Exciting Casual Concept
About: A full-service Casual Dining concept seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the team, responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving profitability.
Requirements: Minimum two (2) years of experience as a General Manager in the casual dining industry; Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team; In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions; Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control principles; Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Familiarity with restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems; Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
