Position: Restaurant General Manager (Correct)
About: Responsible for the overall operation of a restaurant, accountable for guest service, food quality, cleanliness, safety, labor costs, and all administrative responsibilities. Provides leadership, training, coaching, and development to the team, emphasizing quality food and excellent guest service.
Requirements: At least one year of recent restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual or quick service concept; 21 years of age or older; reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; ability to work a flexible schedule; pass criminal background and motor vehicle check; able to commit to a minimum of 50 hours per week; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand and/or walk for an entire shift
