Position: Restaurant General Manager, Brew Brothers – Full Time (Horseshoe Baltimore)
About: The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall activities of a high-volume, chef-driven restaurant, ensuring adherence to quality standards and profitability. Key duties include managing day-to-day operations, administering training programs, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Restaurant General Manager is also responsible for addressing customer complaints and maintaining efficient controls for food preparation and service.
Requirements: Effective communication in English, both verbal and written; previous experience in a high-caliber chef-driven property; work in a high-volume establishment with top-notch food and beverage knowledge; ability to analyze data for reports; flexibility to work various shifts; proficiency in computer programs such as Word, Excel, and LMS.
