Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: P.F. Chang’s is a unique scratch kitchen concept restaurant focused on celebrating life, family, and food. They are currently looking to hire an Operating Partner or General Manager to lead their team towards excellence in hospitality, integrity, innovation, and exceptional service within the restaurant environment.
Requirements: Progressive restaurant/hospitality management experience; recent prior experience as a General Manager for external hires; passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a guest-centric mindset; proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets; success in mentoring and coaching individuals at various levels; understanding of managing inventory, cost of goods, and financial control (P&L); general systems proficiency in POS systems, corporate software systems, third-party delivery platforms, inventory systems, and reservation systems.
