Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: Wingmen V, LLC is seeking a dedicated General Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant locations. The General Manager will be responsible for managing the kitchen operations, ensuring the quality of service in the dining room, ordering supplies, and handling financial transactions on a daily basis. Additionally, the General Manager will be tasked with ensuring food quality, resolving customer complaints, maintaining cleanliness standards, upholding safety regulations, and overseeing staff recruitment, orientation, and training to deliver exceptional dining experiences. The role also involves scheduling staff effectively to meet service demands, with physical requirements including standing for up to 8 hours and handling weights of 30 to 50 pounds, along with various motion activities like pushing, pulling, and stretching.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in restaurant management; strong leadership and communication skills; knowledge of safety standards and liquor laws; ability to supervise and train staff effectively
