Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: P.F. Chang’s is a unique concept restaurant with a scratch kitchen, seeking a passionate and results-oriented Operating Partner to lead their team towards excellence in hospitality, driven by innovation and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a culture of integrity, innovation, and service excellence within the establishment, using local market understanding and strong leadership skills to drive sales growth through innovative strategies and maintain highest standards of quality and service.
Requirements: Progressive restaurant/hospitality management experience; recent prior experience as a General Manager for external hires required; passion for exceptional guest experiences and guest-centric mindset; track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets; success in mentoring and coaching individuals at various levels; understanding of managing inventory, cost control, and financial analysis; proficiency in POS systems, corporate software, inventory systems, and reservation systems
