Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: On The Border is a restaurant looking for dedicated Restaurant General Managers to lead and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, maintenance, guest relations, and staff management. The General Manager plays a vital role in upholding the company’s standards for quality, service, safety, and community engagement while fostering team growth and development.
Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old; minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in Full Service/Casual Dining or retail management; high-energy, fun-loving personality with strong leadership skills; ability to create exceptional guest experiences; excellent communication skills and ability to develop long-term relationships; represent the company positively in the local community; reliable transportation
