Position: Restaurant General Manager

Requirements: 4-5 years experience in a similar role; ability to understand and evaluate complex information; warm and friendly demeanor; experience with payroll processing; knowledge of POS systems, reservation systems, payroll, Microsoft Office; clear understanding of State, Federal, and Local employment laws; ability to respond to guest complaints promptly; monitor service quality and ensure compliance with regulations and procedures; conduct staff performance reviews and training sessions; interview and hire front-of-house F&B staff; ensure overall guest satisfaction
