Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: SSP at EWR Airport is looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced airport restaurant setting. The role plays a crucial part in maintaining outstanding hospitality, operational excellence, and a culture of collaboration and growth within our establishment.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred (or equivalent coursework); Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Manager level experience in a full-service w/bar environment required, including P&L responsibility; Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems; Experience in full-service restaurants required; Proven ability to manage conflicts, resolve challenges, and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to diverse audiences; Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining a focus on business goals and customer satisfaction
