Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: CAVA, a restaurant chain dedicated to creating fulfilling dining experiences, is seeking a General Manager for their Landstown, Virginia location. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations and team members, creating a positive work environment to ensure successful day-to-day operations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 2-5 years of restaurant management experience; minimum 2 years of general manager experience; strong financial and P&L management skills; high-energy, motivational, and fun personality; excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills; ability and flexibility to work 45-55+ hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
