Position: Restaurant General Manager

Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of previous full-service restaurant manager experience required; Manager ServSafe Certification preferred; Passion for tacos, tequila, and beer preferred; Ability to work with Regional Management on weekly, monthly, and quarterly agendas; Dedication to health and safety standards outlined by Condado and the Department of Health; Familiarity with scheduling systems, point of sale, invoicing, and inventory systems a plus
