Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: Old Hickory Steakhouse is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join their team at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Aurora, Colorado. The role involves leading and initiating Food and Beverage outlet operations, including marketing, customer service, and inventory management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing beverage programs, maintaining policies and procedures, and ensuring exceptional guest service experiences.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 6 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area.
