Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field; minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a wellness or fine dining setting; strong leadership and financial management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and relevant restaurant management software; excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; knowledge of health-conscious cuisine, dietary trends, and food service standards; ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
