Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: Jack Brown’s Beer & Burger Joint, a renowned restaurant in the heart of town celebrated for its exceptional food, wide selection of beers, and inviting ambiance, is in search of a driven and seasoned Restaurant General Manager to join their team. This managerial role holds the key to overseeing daily operations and ensuring the sustained prosperity of this establishment.
Requirements: Proven experience as a General Manager in the restaurant industry; Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including front and back of house; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Detail-oriented and able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization; Proficient in using POS systems and other restaurant management software
