Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: Taco Bell is a franchisee-operated fast-food restaurant known for its Tex-Mex cuisine, with a focus on providing customers great food and a friendly experience. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; college or university degree preferred; 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility; basic personal computer literacy; strong preference for internal promote from Assistant General Manager position; at least 21 years old; must pass background check and drug test; must have reliable transportation; basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision-making skills; able to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for extended periods
