Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: MAD Greens is a fun-loving, quirky, crazy-hardworking (sometimes just crazy) big family dedicated to serving great food and taking care of people. They are seeking a General Manager to uphold their culture and drive store performance. The General Manager will be responsible for directing daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring compliance with MAD Greens standards while cultivating a ‘Work at Fun’ culture and promoting internal employee development.
Requirements: Minimum two years as a manager within a restaurant operations environment; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to perform a variety of duties and work in a fast-paced environment; team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic; available and able to work all shifts as scheduled; ability to stand for long periods of time while leading the team; aligned with core values of MAD Greens
