Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: HMSHost, a leading provider of food and beverage services for travelers globally, is currently seeking a General Manager I (GM) to oversee a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or a small cluster of restaurants in Miami. This role is vital for maintaining high operational and financial standards while ensuring excellent customer service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 3 years of restaurant P&L management experience; 5-7 years of overall restaurant experience preferred; demonstrated skills in team management, delegation, and issue resolution; strong knowledge of food service management, culinary practices, and HMSHost policies and operations standards
