Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: Fazoli’s is a fast-casual Italian restaurant chain known for its signature hot & fresh garlic breadsticks. The company’s purpose is to enhance the lives of their customers and community by providing excellent service and quality food.
Requirements: Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent; Minimum Age: 18 years of age or older; Experience and Training: External Candidates: 3+ years previous General Manager experience required. Casual dining/fast-casual experience preferred, but not required. Internal Candidates: 1+ years of experience as a successful Fazoli’s Assistant General Manager. All Candidates: Must have open availability to work all shifts during the restaurant hours of operation. Candidates must also have the flexibility to transfer and/or assist at other Fazoli’s restaurants as business needs arise.
