Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: A distinguished multi-unit restaurant group based in Houston, Texas is seeking an accomplished and results-oriented General Manager to lead and oversee its operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the brand promise and enhancing the guest experience across all locations. Proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable, with travel to Mexico required during onboarding and training. This is an opportunity for a leader experienced in the hospitality industry.
Requirements: A minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience in managing multi-unit restaurant operations, ideally in casual dining or fast-casual segments; demonstrated success in achieving operational excellence, financial objectives, and customer satisfaction across multiple locations; bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish strongly preferred; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred; prior experience in a corporate framework with local execution ability; outstanding communication skills in both languages; legal authorization to work in the United States; willingness and ability to travel internationally; exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills; flexible and adaptable approach suited to a dynamic environment.
