Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: A distinguished multi-unit restaurant group based in Houston, Texas is seeking an accomplished and results-oriented General Manager to lead and oversee its operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the brand promise and enhancing the guest experience across all locations. Requirements: A minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience in managing multi-unit restaurant operations, ideally in casual dining or fast-casual segments; demonstrated success in achieving operational excellence, financial objectives, and customer satisfaction across multiple locations; bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish strongly preferred; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred; prior experience in a corporate framework with local execution ability; outstanding communication skills in both languages; legal authorization to work in the United States; willingness and ability to travel internationally; exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills; flexible and adaptable approach suited to a dynamic environment.
