Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: Wingmen V, LLC is seeking a dedicated General Manager to oversee the operations of their restaurant locations. Responsibilities include managing the kitchen, supervising dining room service, ordering supplies, handling cash transactions, ensuring quality food service, addressing customer complaints, maintaining cleanliness standards, enforcing safety regulations and liquor laws, staff recruitment and training, and scheduling work hours. This role involves standing for up to 8 hours, lifting 30 to 50 pounds, and engaging in various physical motions.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong experience in food service management; ability to oversee kitchen operations, customer service, and staff training; knowledge of safety and liquor laws compliance; excellent communication and leadership skills
