Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: The Restaurant General Manager is the executive leader of the restaurant focused on profitability, guest experience, team management, and daily operations. This position operates under the direction of the District Manager and oversees a team of Assistant Managers, Shift Coordinators, and Team Members in a restaurant environment.
Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age; Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email; High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred; 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience; Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability; Ability to prioritize work effectively; Demonstrated leadership and guest service skills; Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; Willingness to work long and irregular shifts as needed for restaurant operations.
